Saigon Day 2

We 're still in Saigon and this is their national park

The national park consist of the Bird park, Zoo, Entertainment park

After the national park, we headed to the train station to purchase our train tickets.

We are heading for the beach the next day at this place call " Yuean Yyan "

We will be spending our night on board the train.

This is how it looks like at the train station.

This is how our train cabin looks like,

Its a four bedded cabin.

Its the harry porter like train we used to see in movies

The train ride is 5 hrs from Saigon to Yuean Yyan.

We walked thru 4 big cabins before we reached the canteen.

The train crew will walk around like this selling tibits.

The train ticket officer and our co-cabin friends Tim and Helen,

Saigon Day 1

My first time on Tiger Airways.

I am on a 1 and a half hours flight to Saigon

After 1 and a half hours hubhubie and I reached Saigon ( Ho Chin Minh City )

We are waiting for our Vietnamese friend Ron to pick us up at the airport

We board the meter Taxi at the airport,

traffic is a killer in Saigon.

16,000 Dong = SGD $1.60

Cab in Saigon is dirt cheap man !!!!

On call cab in Saigon is free on charge,

the best thing, the meter does not jump when the cab is not moving.

Motorcycle is the main stream of transport in Saigon.

In Saigon,

there is no pedestrian crossing,

the main skill for that,

Just walk across the road no matter how crowded the road,

vehicles will " Siam " you instead.

Honking by cars in Saigon is not like Singapore.

Honking are just signs of warning,

they dont mean to be rude.

The drivers will start to press on their honk when they approach junctions to warn other drivers that they are approaching. In many areas, there are no traffic lights.

After checking into our Hotel @ SGD$13.00 per night, Ron brought us to this theater for dance and modern ballet dance.

After the dance performance, Ron brought us to the streetside hawker aka Newton circle in Singapore.

We had tons on seafood there, hubhubie and I play the boss and supper cost less than 40 SGD

We had beef, fried rice, ample of shell fish of all kinds, we had a total of more than 8 dishes and a carton of Saigon beer.

By the way, beer only cost SGD$1.50

They uses safety pins as toothpicks, look so dangerous.

We had a fabulous weekends together.

He stood so close to me in the lift like how we dated for the first time.

:-)

He fell asleep during our movie.

He apologised to me for that,

I told him is alright, and promised to massage him later at night :-)

He held my hand tight while he kissed me along the streets.

We headed out for BBQ supper after that

:-)

Thanks my bao bao I had a wonderful weekend.

He still makes my heart flutters when he gets close to me.

*smiles* I love you so much.

Give and take lar

Loving someone wholeheartedly is never easy,

You got to love him for the good and bad.

Condone some faults and appreciate the good.

We have to understand that NO ONE is perfect.

Some readers may feel I am mere retarded to think this way.

Well at the end of the day, we are not doing a comparison of who did more or who did less in a relationship.

Who is better than who,

which guy out there is better than yours.

Love is never measure in that way.

Believe it or not,

I've never magine myself loving someone like my hubhubiee.

Somehow love is profound and you never know why.

Why am I with him.

More than ample asked me; WHY ?

WHY am I still stuck with him when he does crap?

The only reply I can give,

Maybe I just love him too much.
