It is hard to imagine this,

I believed so hard that I am not going to lose any weight when I am suffering from food poisoning

and

that believe holds on.

I just weigh myself on the bathroom scale.

I did not lose any weight.

In the past,

I always believed that I am not going to put on weight,

I am so skinny, which is why the reason I cant!

But now,

Everytime when people tells me this,

you are skinny,

I replied, mind you I am on a well weight gaining diet.

Shoo off from me.

When people who hasn't seen me for awhile said,

hey looking good Seven,

I go, Thank you better to be coming on the way.

I believe its the attitude.

Who says you need to go underknife to have bigger boobs,

Lipo for a firmer ass?

Seven say: No need, by believing it, your body works for you.

You tell them where to accumulate healthy fats and where to lose them.

Dont underestimate what your subconsicous mind can do for you in obtaining a perfect figure.

Our subconscicous mind works wonders,

internally and externally showing out in your physical.

If believing is not the case,

please explain why people put on weight even though they only had 1 meal a day?

Ass, you just got to be firmer.

Shoulders you gotta be more meaty and firm,

tummy I want you to turn into a 4 pack abs.
